John's review of his French homestay:

I'm addicted to Hélène's course. Le séjour m'a beaucoup plu. This was my third time there in a year, if that tells you how good I think it is. This time it was for 2 weeks , and along with her très sympa mari Lo-lo, we spent the weekend in between at their rustic place à la compagne in l'Ardèche. Super picturesque, a typical small quaint village nearby. As always the cuisine that Hélène prepared was incredible. Plusieurs bons moments en ville.

And yes, I learned a lot of French.
